Sausage Star Appetizer

INGREDIENTS
  • Package won ton wrapper
  • 1 lb sausage
  • 1 1/2 cups red pepper, minced
  • 1 1/2 cups black olives, minced
  • 1 package Hidden Valley ranch dressing
  • 16 oz sour cream
  • 1 cup Monterey jack cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded

DIRECTIONS

  1. 1.
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. 2.
    Mix Hidden Valley ranch dressing with sour cream; set aside.
  3. 3.
    Prepare won ton shells (may be done in advance). Lightly grease a mini muffin pan and press a won ton shell into each cup.
  4. 4.
    Bake until golden, about 5 minutes.
  5. 5.
    Cook and drain sausage.
  6. 6.
    Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Fill the shells.
  7. 7.
    Bake another 5 minutes.
