Cheese Ball

Lisa's mom, Janet made this delicious cheeseball every Christmas!

INGREDIENTS
  • 16 oz Philadelphia cream cheese (not whipped)
  • 6-8 oz blue cheese
  • 8 oz sharp Chedder cheese (white or yellow), shredded
  • 12 tbsp yellow and Bermuda onion (6 tbsp each) chopped
  • White pepper to taste
  • 4-6 dashes Tabasco sauce
  • 2-3 dashes Worcestershire sauce

DIRECTIONS

  1. 1.
    Microwave cream cheese 50 seconds for easy handling.
  2. 2.
    Hand crumble or grate blue cheese.
  3. 3.
    Stir altogether by hand.
  4. 4.
    Shape into one or more cheese balls, using plastic wrap.
  5. 5.
    Cheese ball should be made 3-4 days before serving.
