Hot Artichoke Dip

INGREDIENTS
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/8 tsp hot pepper sauce

DIRECTIONS

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. 2.
    In a medium bowl stir all ingredients until well mixed. Spoon into small ovenproof dish.
  3. 3.
    Bake for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
  4. 4.
    Serve with crackers or Pita crisps.
  5. 5.
    Dip maybe cooked in microwave instead of baked. Microwave 4-5 minutes until hot and bubbly.
