INGREDIENTS
  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp ginger
  • 1/4 cup soy
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • Dash of white pepper
  • 1/8 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp cider vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

DIRECTIONS

  1. 1.
    Rinse chicken wings in cold water. Cut chicken wings to separate the drumette and wingette. Discard the wing tips.
  2. 2.
    Mix all ingredients, marinate overnight in a ziplock bag.
  3. 3.
    Bake 1 hour at 425 degrees.
