INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/3 cup raspberry preserves
- 1/4 tsp grated orange rind
DIRECTIONS
- Beat butter at medium speed until fluffy; add preserves 1 tbsp at a time beating well; add orange rind and beat well.
- Ladle into half-pint jars and store in refrigerator.
