Raspberry Butter

INGREDIENTS
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/3 cup raspberry preserves
  • 1/4 tsp grated orange rind

DIRECTIONS

  1. 1.
    Beat butter at medium speed until fluffy; add preserves 1 tbsp at a time beating well; add orange rind and beat well.
  2. 2.
    Ladle into half-pint jars and store in refrigerator.
